Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and regulations.

• Comfort with basic Windows PC operations.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with inquiries and directions.
• Issue and monitor visitor badges through visitor badge software.
• Escort patients or visitors as needed within the facility.
• Support quick registration, specimen registrations, and kiosk operations when needed.
• Monitor assigned areas for safety hazards and report issues.
• Maintain a courteous and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
