Weatherby Healthcare seeks a hospital-based gastroenterologist for inpatient coverage with advanced GI procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and EUS. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, with 8-hour days and no clinic duties.

The assignment includes weekend backup calls, two days of orientation, and travel/housing considerations. You’ll work in a hospital setting with paid malpractice insurance and 24/7 Weatherby consultant support, and you’ll log time in our online portal.

Qualifications

• Hospital-based gastroenterology coverage is required.
• Experience with advanced GI procedures is preferred.
• Ability to manage both inpatient and procedural workload.

Responsabilités

• Perform EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, and flex sig as needed.
• Provide leave coverage and time-entry in the online portal.
• Coordinate patient care with Weatherby Healthcare consultants and hospital staff.
