Vitruvian Health is seeking a Food Services Aide to support our hospital kitchen operations in Dalton, GA. You will assist with food preparation, desserts, and tray service for patients, while maintaining cleanliness and following infection control procedures.

On-the-job training is provided; prior HS diploma preferred. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift and move items as part of a busy dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist cook in preparing desserts or snacks for patients.
• Assist cook in preparation of meals.
• Carry trays to patients on halls.
• Clean tables in the dining area after each meal.
• Help with salads and desserts and other dishes.
• Record temperatures of freezers and walk-in refrigerators as required.
• Follow infection control policies in the work area.
• Operate dish machine and other kitchen equipment.
• Follow standardized recipes and use serving equipment properly.
