Qualifications

• Ability to work 37 hours per week with varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals to patients and staff.
• Maintains a clean and safe hospital kitchen and dining areas.
• Trains and educates staff to meet customer needs.
• Operates and maintains food service equipment in a safe manner.
• Ensures HACCP guidelines are followed in food handling and storage.
• Completes opening/closing routines and balances cash where applicable.
