Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor for HOLY FAMILY HOSPITAL in Methuen. You will oversee on-site dining operations, coordinate routine work of service staff, and help ensure quality, safety and courteous service across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and cafes.

We look for candidates with 1+ year of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Shifts include mornings and afternoons/evenings, with some weekends and holidays.

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
