Job summary

Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a hospital dietary services team member to operate the restaurant POS, handle customer orders, and maintain clean work areas. Qualifications

• High School education or GED required, preferred.
• Associate’s/Technical degree preferred.
• SERV Safe certification or equivalent preferred in CA and HI.
• SERVSAFE or FH-efoodcard required as facility certification.

Responsibilities

• Receives, prepares, and delivers customer orders in an efficient manner.
• Operates cash register and stocks restaurant supplies when needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in work area and reports needed maintenance.
• Sets up and serves patient trays; transports and stores supplies.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
