Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in an acute care facility preferred, or one year experience in a food related field.
• Current Riverside County Food Handler Card and/or ServSafe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of meal trays to patients, costumes, and guests of the hospital.
• Assembling meal trays, food preparation and production.
• Cashiering, dish washing, and daily cleaning assignments.
