Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read meal tickets and assemble items on trays for delivery.
• Transport meals to patient care units and dispose of waste dishes.
• Operate the dishwasher and maintain sanitation per HACCP principles.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment after service.
