Job summary

Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in Michigan seeks a part-time Food Service Worker to support meal assembly, delivery, dishwashing and related duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean tray lines and assembly area, including hot and cold items, silverware, dishes, napkins, salads, desserts, breads and beverages.
• Stock work stations with food and non-food items and equipment as necessary.
• Read tray tickets to provide correct food items on assembly lines.
• Load trays on delivery carts and deliver to patient care units and outpatient clinics.
• Operate elevator to deliver and pick-up carts to patient care units and clinics.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment and utensils.
