Select Medical in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking a dedicated Food Service Aide/Dietary Aide to deliver patient meals and assist in dining areas. You will participate in food preparation, serve meals to patients, families, staff and visitors, and help maintain a clean kitchen environment.

This full-time role includes a thorough orientation, competitive hourly pay, PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan. You will join a team focused on compassionate patient care and reliable service in a hospital

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare food service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of patient food services, dining room services and dish room services.
• Be an integral part of the food preparations, serving of the prepared food to patients, families, staff and visitors and assisting in clean up.
• Be timely and efficient when preparing food.
• Provide high quality food preparation and service.
• Complete all procedures scheduled during the shift without compromising the quality of work.
• Volunteer to help in other areas of the kitchen when necessary.
• Operate equipment and perform related duties in a safe manner.
