Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Associate Director of Food and Nutritional Services to oversee hospital foodservice operations including patient care and retail, with emphasis on quality, sanitation and cost controls.

You will lead a team, ensure client satisfaction, manage safety programs, and align the department with the facility plan of operations while fostering professional growth and inter-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or AA degree with 3 years related experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years Compass Group hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
• 3–5 years direct foodservice operations management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation, and food cost controls.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills required.

• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and foster strong inter-departmental relations.
