Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Associate Director of Food & Nutritional Services to drive operation in an acute care hospital. This leadership role covers patient care, non-patient services, and infection control with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.

It offers an entrepreneurial platform to optimize service delivery, develop staff, and collaborate across departments to meet the hospital’s dining and nutrition goals.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field or A.A. Degree with 3 years related experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• 1-3 years hospital or adult care foodservice experience depending on degree/training.
• 3-5 years direct foodservice operational management with inventory/purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Prior P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• ServSafe Certified
