Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Associate Director of Food and Nutritional Services to lead the hospital-wide foodservice operation. You will oversee patient care, non-patient services (retail, cafeteria, catering), quality improvement, sanitation and infection control to drive excellence in care and service.

This energetic role requires strong leadership to optimize operations, maintain client relationships, and align the food-service function with the hospital plan

Qualifications

• BS in Food Services Technology/Management or related field, or AA with three years related experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian.
• 1–3 years hospital or adult home/care experience (depending on degree).
• 3–5 years direct foodservice operational management with inventory and purchasing experience.

• Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs; ensure client and patient satisfaction.
• Foster professional growth and development of the team.
• Strengthen inter-departmental relations and integrate food-service with hospital operations.
