Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a Floor Tech to join our team in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This full-time, day-shift position involves 8-hour shifts with every other weekend and holidays, supporting a rehabilitation and senior living community.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and furnishings, adhering to infection control standards, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment for patients and residents. Prior housekeeping experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Verbal ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff.
• Must be able to write and understand written instructions.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure the facility environment meets established standards for cleanliness and sanitation, and meets infection control and safety standards, including floors and furniture cleaning with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
