Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry a must.
• Previous experience as a Floor Technician required.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors assigned areas for cups, spills, paper and debris.
• Cleans all corners, edges and baseboards in the assigned areas.
• Dust mop all the hard floor areas, cleaning behind doors and moving objects in the floor area that are movable.
• Remove all marks/scuffs on the floor.
• Damp mop floors with the proper assigned cleaning chemical or use scrubbing machine.
• May perform "Area Cleaner" job duties.
