Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Hospital Floor Techs for all shifts at Valleywise Desert Vista BHC- Mesa, AZ. The role involves cleaning and maintaining facilities on client premises within a health care campus environment.

Daily tasks include floor care, dust mopping, and scrubbing, with opportunities to operate floor machines for project work. Requires a flu shot and post-offer screenings; HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Floor Tech experience.
• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus.
• Required Flu Shot
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors assigned areas and corridors for cups, spills, paper and debris.
• Cleans all corners, edges and baseboards in the assigned areas.
• Dust mop all hard floor areas and clean behind doors and movable objects.
• Burnishes floors using a high-speed floor machine as directed.
• May perform additional area cleaning duties as assigned.
