Responsibilities

• Follow floor care cleaning procedures for automatic scrubber to remove dirt on floors.
• Maintenance of all automated equipment and proper operation.
• Polish floors using ultra burnishing procedures after cleaning.
• Operate equipment safely to prevent accidents.
• Report malfunctions to supervisor promptly.
• Assemble pads/brushes to maximize machinery efficiency.
• Adjust pad pressure for efficient cleaning and polishing.
• Perform hard surface floor care: dusting, sweeping, damp mopping, burnishing/buffing.
• Perform carpet care: vacuuming, spot cleaning, bonneting.
• Clean, disinfect and arrange furniture and fixtures as required.
• Spot clean walls, window sills and overhead lights as needed.
• Perform other related environmental duties as assigned.
