Job summary

Dignity Health's Chandler Regional Medical Center is seeking an Environmental Service Specialty Technician to provide floor care and specialty cleaning across the hospital, using heavy equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, polishers, extractors, and wet vacuums to maintain hard and soft flooring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Floor care experience.
• Previous healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces and carpeting, stripping and waxing floor surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect specialty units and equipment as required.
• Support cleaning and maintenance in specialty areas (e.g., Surgical Services, Labor & Delivery, Critical Care, Endoscopy, etc.).
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards and communicate effectively with hospital staff.
