Responsibilities

• Responds to routine and emergency work orders in allotted time frame.
• Performs ongoing preventive maintenance programs for assigned equipment.
• Must maintain building systems and equipment, including emergency systems (generator, fire alarms, HVAC, electrical).
• Demonstrates good time management and works well within a team environment.
• Works with staff, physicians, patients, and visitors and trains new employees in department functions.
