Job summary

Texas NeuroRehab Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hospital buildings, equipment and grounds. The role requires skilled maintenance, repair, and construction duties across the 67-acre campus near Austin.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience as a qualified maintenance mechanic, be able to work with hand and power tools, and hold a Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of hospital buildings, equipment, and grounds through skilled maintenance, repair, and construction duties.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and respond to repair requests to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while working on-site at the hospital.
