Job summary

Merit Health Flowood is seeking a Supervisor, Facilities to oversee the hospital's daily operations and maintenance of its physical infrastructure. You will lead a team of facilities staff, maintenance technicians, and contractors to ensure building systems and grounds are functioning optimally.

You will enforce safety regulations, coordinate preventive maintenance, and respond to facility-related emergencies, while supporting patient care through reliable, well-maintained environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience required.
