Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or 5+ years experience.
• Technical or vocational training is required.
• Experience in hospital facilities and healthcare construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and regulate HVAC equipment to maintain facility conditions.
• Read blueprints for installation and repair of equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, and central plant equipment.
• Inspect and repair Life Safety components (fire walls, doors, exits).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, federal, state and local regulations.
