Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Must have two (2) years of general work experience in Facilities Maintenance.
• License/Certification: Must have a current, unrestricted, valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry: assis ts with repairs and installation of doors, windows, shelves, and related tasks.
• Grounds Maintenance: mow, prune, plant, and maintain hospital grounds; bid pest control or herbicides as directed.
• Electrical: remove, tighten, splice, solder, and insulate wiring and fixtures; assist in locating issues.
• Plumbing: maintain and repair hospital plumbing systems; replace fittings and components as needed.
• HVAC and Refrigeration: assist with installations or repairs of HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Painting: carry and prepare painting tools; prep surfaces and apply finishes.
• Safety: follow PPE requirements and donning/doffing procedures; ensure safety protocols.
