Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, and maintains mechanical systems and equipment.
• Keeps supervision informed of problems, conditions, and status of assigned work.
• Performs preventive maintenance: check oil, belts, temperatures, fluids, air pressures, clean equipment and replace filters.
• Assists with troubleshooting, repair, construction and installation of building systems, equipment and fixtures.
• Orders parts to complete work orders.
• May move furniture and equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
