Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in trade applications or mechanical work (automotive/industrial/hospitality).

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations and policies.
