Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 0+ years in maintenance, operation and repair of building mechanical systems.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, pumps, fans and air handling units.
• Knowledge of life safety components and codes.

Responsibilities

• Operates and regulates equipment to maintain proper facility conditions.
• Monitors meters and gauges; adjusts valves and machinery to keep readings.
• Maintains HVAC controls for comfortable conditions.
• Performs preventive maintenance on AHU/boilers and refrigeration equipment.
• Reads blueprints for installation and repair of equipment.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures and electrical circuits as needed.
• Inspects Life Safety components and enforces compliance.
• Follow healthcare, federal, state and local regulations.
