Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Savannah is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to oversee facility management, maintenance, and utilities across the hospital campus in Savannah, GA. Under the CEO, you will supervise administrative and technical staff, ensure OSHA/JCAHO compliance, and drive a quality program while preserving a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in maintenance, environmental services, and related hospital settings.
• Knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards required.
• Preferred degree related to building construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all administrative and technical aspects of the department.
• Develop, review, and manage activities of department personnel.
• Participate in hospital committees impacting the department, including Safety and Infection Control.
• Establish and maintain a Quality Control Program.
• Maintain Environment of Care and OSHA standards per federal, state, and local regulations.
