Mass General Brigham is seeking an Environmental Services team member to support and execute cleaning projects across the clinic. The role ensures a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors, with a 40-hour work week and a daytime shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Massachusetts General Hospital campus.

The position requires knowledge of cleaning techniques, infection control practices, safety procedures, and strong attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.

Mansioni

Assist in planning and implementing environmental service projects such as deep cleaning, renovations, and equipment maintenance.
Follow project schedules and task assignments to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with Environmental Services and other departments to minimize disruption to patient care.
Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting assigned areas.
Adhere to cleaning protocols, infection control guidelines, and safety procedures.
Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to maintain cleanliness standards.
