Job summary

HHS is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper for Boston Children’s Hospital Needham. The role involves cleaning patient areas, common spaces, and facilities in a hospital setting, with day/evening/night shifts and both full-time and part-time options.

You will help create a safe, sanitary environment to support patient care. Candidates must be at least 18, speak English, work well in a team, and meet hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred housekeeping experience in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
