Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: hospital cleaning experience preferred (equivalent to six months full-time).

Responsibilities

• Transports and empties trash and sharp objects receptacles.
• Cleans isolation rooms, patient areas, and bathrooms following cleaning procedures.
• Keeps records of work accomplished; fills out daily log sheet.
• Cleans walls, windows, and surfaces; replaces curtains and linens.
• Maintains an assigned area in clean and orderly condition; sweeps, mops, dusts, and vacuums.
• May operate cleaning equipment and perform routine duties in adjacent maintenance tasks.
