Qualifications

• Supervise and inspect housekeeping staff to ensure standards.
• Train staff and coordinate assignment sheets.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain service quality.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across work areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned housekeeping staff to meet unit standards.
• Trains and orients new team members and reviews performance.
• Inspects areas for cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Coordinates breaks and shift assignments for staff.
• Maintains security of keys and equipment.
• Addresses guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
