Job summary

Medical City Plano is seeking a Lead EVS to maintain cleanliness across surgical, ICU, ED, and other critical care areas. The role leads Environmental Services staff to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments for patients and families.

You will coordinate with other departments to meet hospital goals, emphasize attendance, and demonstrate competency in all departmental duties. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED are required.
• Previous EVS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness across hospital facilities including Surgery, Labor & Delivery, ED, ICU, and Cardiovascular Care Unit.
• Supervises Environmental Services staff to keep environments clean, orderly, and welcoming.
• Coordinates with other departments to meet hospital goals and standards.
• Punctuality and attendance are essential to scheduled shifts.
