Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Environmental Services Call Center Dispatcher for 1st Shift at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX.

The role directs discharge bed cleaning operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and coordinates with Environmental Services to maintain smooth hospital workflows. The position requires experience in the janitorial field or medical cleaning, a post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the discharge bed cleaning function and ensures timely completion of tasks.
• Monitors availability and completion of tasks and follows up on service issues.
• Acts as a liaison between Environmental Services and other hospital departments.
• Ensures accurate and timely dispatch of discharge bed requests and maximizes staff productivity.
• Promotes positive customer service relations with hospital staff and patients.
