ST. CHARLES HEALTH SYSTEM is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant for the evening shift in Oregon. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining a safe, sanitary hospital environment for patients, families and staff.

The position emphasizes adherence to hospital cleaning standards, patient privacy, and teamwork within Environmental Services. CHEST certification is required within 6 months of hire, with a preferred high school diploma or GED and prior janitorial experience.

Formación

• CHEST certification within 6 months of hire is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior professional janitorial/housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Clean assigned areas to hospital standards and maintain sanitation.
• Follow department guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Operate cleaning equipment and report equipment issues.
• Maintain stock of supplies and dispose of waste properly.
• Provide courteous service to patients and visitors while protecting privacy.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
