Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood, MS. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining facilities on client premises across shifts, delivering quality service in a healthcare setting.

Shifts run 7:00am–3:30pm, 3:00pm–11:30pm, and 11:00pm–7:30am. Pay is $13.50 per hour, with every other weekend/holiday work. All candidates must meet vaccination and pre-employment screening requirements.

Qualifications

• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Experience in janitorial industry a plus.
• Medical cleaning a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
