Medical City Healthcare is seeking a Hospital Equipment Supervisor to oversee mobile equipment tracking, training, and on-site operations in a full-time capacity. You will coordinate staff, manage equipment processes, and generate utilization reports to enhance efficiency in the Dallas area.

The role requires a high school diploma and healthcare experience, with a focus on operational support and cost containment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior healthcare industry work experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate mobile equipment tracking/locating and support related services.
• Serve as primary point-of-contact for training and support of equipment tracking software.
• Coordinate on-site operations support staff and users of the equipment tracking system.
• Develop and monitor optimized business processes for mobile equipment management.
• Analyze utilization and generate reports related to mobile equipment management.
• Assist in departmental cost containment efforts.
• Manage equipment distribution, cleaning, and stock and PAR levels.
• Schedule PTO and manage department calendars.
