Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking an Equipment Logistics Technician I to locate, retrieve, and redeploy medical equipment for timely processing in the Telemetry Unit. You will clean, evaluate, inspect, and deliver devices such as infusion pumps, syringe pumps, feeding pumps, and specialty beds and carts.

You will document activities in an electronic database, perform limited rounding to recover assets, and handle delivery and recovery of procedural trays.

• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Perform targeted rounding in active patient areas to recover assets for processing and redistribution.
• Clean, deliver, evaluate and inspect specified medical devices.
• Document work activity in an electronic database.
• Deliver and recover specialty carts and procedural trays.
• Other duties as assigned.
