Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC is seeking a CPD Technician to provide daily resource support for hospital equipment, sterile and non-sterile supplies. You will work with SPD to store and distribute equipment and supplies, assist with inventories, and ensure timely mobilization of equipment.

Strong organization and English communication skills are essential. Minimum education is a high school diploma, with prefer­red one year of CPD experience, and hospital experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer 1 year CPD experience.
• Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of handling medical equipment and supplies per infection control guidelines.
• Ability to mobilize equipment to areas needing it.
• Assist with stock inventories and restocking of supplies.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Computer literacy preferred.
