Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an entry-level Housekeeper on our Environmental Services team. In this role you will help ensure clean and sanitary environments for patients and visitors, supporting high-quality care across our facilities.

The position is regular with a 0.01 FTE and variable shifts, and prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Strong reading and communication in English is expected for effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Entry level housekeeping role on Environmental Services team.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will perform cleaning duties and maintain environmental surfaces in an orderly and sanitary condition
• You will organize and complete required department tasks in coordination with services provided by patient care personnel and other support service departments
• You will communicate effectively with your team and nursing staff
• You will partner with a service-oriented attitude and professional integrity
