Responsibilities

• Cleans all patient rooms and ancillary areas per hospital procedures.
• Cleans patient rooms after discharge and vacuums/cleans furniture and carpet.
• Replaces soiled draperies, moves furniture and cleans walls.
• Cleans light fixtures, vents, and high-dusting using a ladder when needed.
• Collects soiled linen and distributes clean linen and gowns.
• Maintains floors with stripping, waxing, and buffing as required.
• Disposes of waste and bio-waste following policies.
• Adheres to safety and infection prevention standards.
• Completes trainings and supports overall organization.
