01 ETCH East Tennessee Children's Hospital Association, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services staff member to clean and supply areas to maintain an aseptic environment and prevent healthcare-associated infections. You will follow standard cleaning procedures and use protective equipment under supervision.

Responsibilities include disinfecting patient rooms and core areas, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring a courteous, safe hospital environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Must meet demands of an active position.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Disinfects patient rooms and core areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and PPE.
• Vacuums and mops elevators and other surfaces as required.
• Maintains clean work areas and equipment per department standards.
• Follows hospital exposure control plans and safety training.
• Maintains professional, courteous environment for patients and staff.
• Reports maintenance needs promptly.
