• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, patients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas per infection control standards.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and dusts floors, furniture, and equipment.
• Maintains floors and upholstery through stripping, refinishing, and treatments.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, woodwork, and surfaces.
• Restocks supplies and monitors inventory to ensure availability.
• Handles trash and biohazardous materials safely per HIPAA protocols.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment; reports malfunctions.
• Assists with minor repairs or maintenance and reports larger facility issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
