Job summary

ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to maintain high cleanliness standards across patient rooms, offices and common areas in alignment with infection prevention standards.

Schedule: 3p-11:30p, Mon-Fri with every other weekend and holiday rotation; 40 hours/week. Requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and commitment to safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training within 1 year if required by position
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms, offices, conference rooms, and common areas following infection prevention standards
• Collaborates with departments to meet patient and department priorities
• Works independently or in a team to meet system standards
• Learns and uses required PPE per infection prevention protocol
• Follows management-approved chemicals and dwell times for each task
