Job summary

Providence Swedish Edmonds is seeking a Supervisor for Environmental Services to oversee assigned personnel and ensure work conforms to established policies and procedures. You will train staff, manage scheduling, supply tracking, ordering, and on-the-job training, including chemical handling.

You’ll also supervise equipment maintenance, labor tracking, and documentation of inspections, audits, and HIPAA disposal in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven supervisory experience for 15+ employees
• Must have excellent customer service mannerisms
• Coursework/Training: 1+ years of college
• Scheduling, supply tracking and ordering, on-the-job training and chemicals usage
• Equipment maintenance, labor tracking, workflow, disciplinary actions & progress reports, HIPAA disposal, inspections & audit tracking

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned personnel to ensure work adheres to policies and procedures.
• Assist in training employees on policies and procedures.
• Participate in scheduling, supply tracking and ordering, and on-the-job training; supervise mixing and usage of chemicals.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, track labor, route of work flow, and generate progress reports.
• Maintain HIPAA disposal, conduct inspections and audit tracking, and document compliance.
