Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a Full-time Supervisor, Environmental Services. The role supports the manager in planning, organizing and supervising department functions to maintain a clean and safe environment. Hours are 7 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. on the Day Shift. The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of supervisory experience (2 years preferred), and CHEST certification for existing staff by 7/31/2019; new hires must obtain CHEST within 2 years.

Formación

• 1 year supervisory experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• CHEST certification required for existing staff by set date; new hires must obtain CHEST within 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Assist manager in planning, organizing, supervising and coordinating department activities.
• Serve as a technical resource and participate as a team member to ensure clean, safe environment.
