Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of formal housekeeping/environmental services/custodial experience.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Familiar with industrial vacuum cleaners, rotary floor care machines, carpet extractors, and power head equipment.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a floor cleaning schedule and monitor floor conditions daily.
• Wash windows and remove trash inside and outside; pick up grounds litter and debris.
• Perform duties of Environmental Services Attendant I as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
