The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Day shift with 24 hours per week; no degree required, and entry for younger workers with permits where allowed.

Qualifications

• No Degree or Diploma required.
• 16- and 17-year-old individuals may be considered with a valid work permit.
• HS diploma/GED preferred for individuals over 18 and not in high school.

Responsibilities

• 40% Obtains assigned cleaning or maintenance requests from system or directions and performs duties as assigned.
• 20% Follows direction and proper usage of equipment; notifies area through paperwork to track equipment.
• 10% Keeps carts and areas stocked to operating levels; linen distribution included.
• 10% Willing to perform other duties including storeroom maintenance to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• 20% Delivers high level of customer service across the OhioHealth organization to patients and other customers.
