• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities and quality of work in Environmental Services.
• Coordinate staffing needs and schedule changes across shifts.
• Provide staff orientation and training on day shift and for transfers to off shifts.
• Participate in committees and communicate across management levels.
• Maintain reports, evaluations and enforce hospital policies.
