Northwest Texas Healthcare System is hiring a Environmental Services Manager to lead EVS and Laundry/Linen Operations in Amarillo, TX. You will supervise team members, hire and train staff, and ensure cleanliness, infection control, and regulatory compliance across all areas of the facility.

The role emphasizes service excellence, budget participation, and collaboration with the Director to maintain high patient care standards and a positive work culture.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of managerial or leadership experience.
• Hospital Environmental Services experience desired; consider other applicants with 1 year of management experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in hiring, evaluation, disciplining of housekeepers; prepare work schedules and staffing.
• Inspect cleanliness, sanitation and infection control; take corrective action as needed.
• Supervise EVS/Laundry & Linen staff; ensure timely execution of duties.
• Develop operational and capital budgets for EVS activities.
• Provide training on EVS procedures and practices.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, labeling and orderliness at all times.
• Interpret and follow instructions; complete assignments with urgency.
