Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in healthcare housekeeping management.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and codes.
• Ability to train, supervise and motivate staff with follow-up.
• Infection control techniques knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care and cleaning of hospital facilities and personnel.
• Hire, train and supervise Environmental Services and laundry staff.
• Procure supplies, chemicals and equipment; manage budget within guidelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain patient experience standards.
